By accessing or using the website of Spartan Intellect Solutions Pvt Ltd or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We provide quality assurance, web development, software consulting, IT support, cloud computing, and mobile application services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a written Statement of Work agreed upon by both parties.
Client deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and deliverables created exclusively for a client become the property of the client, unless otherwise specified in the project SOW.
Our pre-existing IP: Any tools, frameworks, or reusable components we develop remain our property. We grant clients a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as incorporated into their deliverables.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during an engagement. Confidential Information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
